The BBC’s Fake or Fortune Programme
The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) once again called on Future Media Corporation for production assistance: this time on a segment for its popular art investigation program titled: “Fake or Fortune”. We provided HMI lighting, audio and full HD production support services that included interviews and B-Roll with the MI couple who own what they believe to be an authentic work by British painter John Constable; the Detroit Institute of Arts curator and B-roll of a similar painting on display there. The shoot traveled from Detroit to Boston, Philadelphia and to England several times. The episode is scheduled to air in Sept. ‘13, and will conclude with a once-and-for-all decision as to the veracity of the painting, which the couple bought for a fraction of what it may be worth.
